We recommend 3:1 or gentler for purposes of stability and revegetation establishment. If you propose steeper slopes you should include a ,)ustification that supports the proposed post-mining land use and demonstrates compliance with the applicable performance standards of Rule 6. 3. Specify the thickness of topsoil to be ,replaced. If you want to post a nancial warranty in a lesser amount, then you must provide an estimate of the actual costs to reclaim the site based on what it would cost an independent contractor to complete reclamation including unit costs for the following activities as appropriate to the operation: backfilling, grading, topsoil application, seeding, mulching, fertilization, and labor. * The Board wilt assess a financial warranty not to exceed E15,000.00 for any mining operation which uses cyanide compounds in a leaching process.
