Mine Office Complex Section 780.12 (b) Continued <br />The main office for the Energy Mines 1, 2, arxi 3 is located on the ~~~~ries of <br />Sec..-lion 31 and 32 Township 5 North, Range 86 West as shown on Permit Renewal Map <br />' 4. The east half of the building (6000 square feet) was constructed >n 1976. <br />the office was expanied to its present 16,000 square feet in 1987. The office <br />hawses Energy Fuel's mine operations, engineering, ernirormiental, accounting, <br />payroll, oacguter, safety and quality control deparGnents. The tank containing <br />the water supply for the mine office is located north of the building as shown <br />on Permit Renewal Map 4. <br />Additionally, a CYCC water supply system will supply water to the TCC/CYCC mine <br />facilities. The supply line is shown on Permit Renewal Map No. 4, Mine 1 & 2 <br />Mine Plan Roads, Power Liners and Facilities. <br />CYCC proposes to install an additional waterline between CYCC and TCC. The line <br />will be installed between CYCC's wash bay arrl TCC's pump house. The approximate <br />location of the water line is shown on Permit Renewal Map 4. A 40 foot corridor <br />will be disturbed during installation. <br />these facilities (Mine Office Codex) have been transferred to Twentymile Coal <br />Company, and TCC will be responsible for reclaiming the facilities when they are <br />• no longer needed for its operation. Likewise, these facilities have been deleted <br />from Permit Renewal Maps 4 and 5. _ ---- - T-- - - - <br />Tioole No. 2 Facility <br />Included in the Tipple No. 2 facility are a raw opal stockpile area, a truck <br />dui, primary and secondary crushers, a saa~ling building, covered conveyors, a <br />crushed coal stockpile, stoker coal facility and access and temporary storage <br />site for cleaning spilled coal frwn load out tunnel. The Tipple No. 2 facility <br />is located in Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 86 West, as shown on the Permit <br />Renewal Map 5; this facility covers approximately 15 acres and was wrvstructed <br />during 1973 and 1974. The entire Tipple No. 2 facility is being transferred into <br />^Permit C-82-056 and Twentymile Coal Company will be responsible for final <br />reclamation_of tha ~;to_` <br />------- <br />CYCC has installed a facility to produce stoker coal. A screening unit was <br />installed within the secondary crasher building at the tipple to screen coal <br />ranging in size from to li inches. A conveyor then carries the coal to a <br />1,000 - 1,500 ton stockpile located between the primary and secondary cn7c1+P,- <br />• buildings (see Permit Renewal Map 5).
