During 1988, 'IWentymile Coal Ca~any will begin utilizing the Preventive <br />Maintenance Bay Site as a shop/maint~*+~TMp area for the operation of the Foidel <br />Creek Mine. 'ihe access road leading to the shop area will join with the foidel <br />Creek Mine surface facilities. The location of the access road is shown on <br />Permit Renewal Map 4, Mine Plan -Roads, Power Liens and Facilities. <br />Trait Creek Rarx'h will install a 6 inch plastic stock watering line fran a well <br />(located near Pond D) up thrrnx~r the spoils and into a stockpord located on the <br />bond released area above TCC. 'This line will cross a sepnent of CYCC <br />reclamation, but the disturbance will be limited and drainage is contained within <br />the current sediment control system. 4bpsoil will be windraaed to one side to <br />allow burial of the line, then will be placed back aryl broadcast seeded using the <br />approved pastureland seed mix. <br />Ztre PM bay, Wash Bay, Million Gallon, and construction site facilities have been <br />transferred to ZWentymile Coal Company. 2Wentymile Coal Company will be <br />responsible for reclaiming the site once the facilities are no longer rFSn~ired <br />for its operation. These facilities have been removed fran Permit Renewal Maps <br />4 and 5. <br />• The facilities are still shown on the maps, except they are raroved fmn the maps <br />by carefully reading the legetrl and identifying the symbol that shows CYCC no <br />longer has liability for the area. In all future references to facilities <br />removed or deleted fran the maps this convention will be followed. <br />Drainage fr'®n the equipment construction site will be collected in ~~mP*+*ation <br />Pond G, shown on Map 13 -Mines 1 & 2 Hydrology aryl Permit Renewal Map 9A <br />Hydrologic Features/Sedi~++P*+t Control. 'ibis seciimerrtation pond has been designed <br />in accordance with the rrrrmanont performance ~~*+~a*~-s of ~~~h~~~r K as <br />described in detail in Section 780.25.
