The immediate vicinity is surrounded <br />by numerous patented and located lode mining claims, all of which <br />represent future potential mining development which will ,require <br />a processing site and rail head loading facilities with'nlines. <br />Reclamation should occur after all mineral processing needs <br />are exhausted, at which time buildings be salvaged and removed, <br />timbers and scrap iron salvaged, mineral stock piles leveled <br />and blended with surrounding topography, haul roads scarified <br />and blended with revegetation of all affected lands. <br />Exhibit F-1: Reclamation Plan Map <br />U.S. Soil Conditioning Company requests not to furnish <br />a precise Reclamation Plan Map until such time that this area <br />ceases to be a mineral processing site. <br />Exhibit G-1: Water Information <br />The mineral processing site utilizes water from <br />'Lionelle Weil No. 2', Case No. W-3238, for comrercial and <br />industrial purposes at 40 g.p.m. (see enclosure - ruling of <br />referee). This well is 111 feet deep. <br />Water from this well is used for dust control on haul <br />• roads and for the operation of the 'scrubber' at the fertilizer <br />plant. The 'scrubber' operates as a closed system with its own <br />storage tank. <br />Operations at the fertilizer plant and crusher site are <br />not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater syster"s. <br />The fertilizer plant site is flat lying and not subject to surface <br />runoff waters. The crusher site is situated at the base of a <br />hillside and is an enclosed facility to include a metal shed <br />which covers the mineral stock pile. Other smaller 10 to 40 <br />cu. yd. stock piles currently exist on affected lands on the flat <br />lying lands immediately south of the crusher. These stock piles <br />are not subject to surface runoff waters. <br />Exhibits relative to wildlife, soils, vegetation, and <br />climate are addressed in the initial submittal. <br />Exhibit L-1: Reclamation costs <br />Reclamation costs for this plant site have not been <br />estimated as the anticipated future use for this mineral processing <br />area is to remain a mineral processing area. <br />Exhibit M-1: Local Government Approval (see enclosed <br />correspondence with Fremont County Department <br />of Planning and Zoning.) <br />Exhibit Pl-1: Other permits (see enclosure - Colorado <br />Department of Health.) <br />Exhibit 0-1: Source of Legal right-to-enter <br />Enclosed - Deeds - Location Certificates <br />Lease <br />
