Topsoil-overburden stockpiles which will be left undisturbed <br />for more than one-growing season will be Planted with Western Wheat <br />Grass. <br />2. This subject proposed road is unauthorized by the B.L.M. <br />and will not be pursued as an alternate haul route. <br />3. The crusher-mineral stockpile areas and the Fertilizer <br />Plant area are included with respect to the total affected area. <br />Total Application Fee: <br />Quarry Site: $50.00 + 20 Acres @ $15.00 = $350.00 <br />Crusher and Fertilizer <br />Plant Site: + 18 Acres @ $15.00 = $270.00 <br />Total: $620.00 <br />• Exhibit E <br />1.
