Please resubmit this map outlining the <br />proposed permit boundaries. An index map providing the operation's <br />location in reference to a nearby town, highway, etc. (A U.S.G.S. Map) <br />such that inspection site-location is facilitated. <br />Exhibit D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation, Soils Information <br />1. Please specify the depth to the water table. <br />2. A copy of the application, plus your response to this letter will be <br />transmitted to the Division of Water Resources for their review and <br />comment, if any. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. A) Please specify the acreage being reclaimed to lake and that area <br />which will be revegetated. <br />B) Will the lake intercept ground water, or is it a catchment basin <br />for Bracket Creek's intermittent flow? <br />C) Will the lake basin have an adequate volume capacity to contain <br />the intercepted ground-water (if that be the case) and the flows <br />intermittently carried by Bracket Creek? Please provide information <br />concerning the storm-event the lake volume is designed to contain. <br />D) Is a spill-way, or channel to the dawn-stream creek provided to. <br />account for flood possibilities? <br />
