Please
correct me if wrong.
2. I assume the permit boundaries to be within the dotted lines and
includes the sump and roads. Please resubmit this map outlining the
proposed permit boundaries. An index map providing the operation's
location in reference to a nearby town, highway, etc. (A U.S.G.S. A copy of the application, plus your response to this letter will be
transmitted to the Division of Water Resources for their review and
comment, if any.
Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan
1. A) Please specify the acreage being reclaimed to lake and that area
which will be revegetated.
B) Will the lake intercept ground water, or is it a catchment basin
for Bracket Creek's intermittent flow?
C) Will the lake basin have an adequate volume capacity to contain
the intercepted ground-water (if that be the case) and the flows
intermittently carried by Bracket Creek? Please provide information
concerning the storm-event the lake volume is designed to contain.
D) Is a spill-way, or channel to the dawn-stream creek provided to.
account for flood possibilities?
