Initial approval of an <br />Emissions Permit is required prior to the commencement of <br />construction activities. Final approval is issued following an <br />on-sitca inspection of the activity during operation. <br />Emmet Elance of the Pueblo City-County Health Department indicated <br />to stal:f that the applicant will be required to obtain and submit <br />copies of the Emissions Permit approvals for the crushing plant, <br />the hot: mix plant, and for the gravel operation itself. <br />ACCESS <br />The site is accessed from State Highway 96 by an e(xistinq farm <br />road (E;xhibit 3). The applicant will be required to obtain a <br />"State Highway Access Permit" from the Colorado Department of <br />Highways. <br />
