Section 24, <br />the north portion of the proposed gravel pit, is not located <br />within a fire district. <br />FLOODP.LAIN <br />According to the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Panel No. 080147 <br />04258, the site is not located within a special flood hazard <br />area. <br />disturb a maximum of 9.9 acres. <br />MLRB PERMIT <br />The ap~>licant is preparing an application for a Mined Land <br />Reclam~ition 110 Permit. This permit will allow the applicant to <br />EMISSIONS PERMIT <br />An Emissions Permit will be required by the Colorado Department <br />of Health (CDOA) to address the issue of dust generated on-site <br />created by the operation and equipment. Initial approval of an <br />Emissions Permit is required prior to the commencement of <br />construction activities. Final approval is issued following an <br />on-sitca inspection of the activity during operation. <br />Emmet Elance of the Pueblo City-County Health Department indicated <br />to stal:f that the applicant will be required to obtain and submit <br />copies of the Emissions Permit approvals for the crushing plant, <br />the hot: mix plant, and for the gravel operation itself. <br />ACCESS <br />The site is accessed from State Highway 96 by an e(xistinq farm <br />road (E;xhibit 3). The applicant will be required to obtain a <br />"State Highway Access Permit" from the Colorado Department of <br />Highways. <br />
