1.7.5 Open Storage shall mean the outside accumulation or <br />collection of materials in an area not fully enclosed by a building. <br />1.7.6 Outdoor Activity shall mean the utilization of any portion of a <br />site where commercial, industrial, recreation, or storage activities <br />related to the principal use of a site are conducted outdoors, <br />except for customer or employee parking. <br />1.7.7 Owner shall mean to possess property by deed or title. <br />1.7.8 Owner-occupied shall mean lived in as the owner's primary <br />place of residence. <br /> <br />1.7.1 Parking Lot shall mean an improved or unimproved, off- <br />street parking facility containing four (4) or more parking spaces. <br />1.7.2 Parkinq Space shall mean a position designated for parking <br />for one motor vehicle, whether within a parking lot, <br />garage/covered parking or adjacent a residence. <br />1.7.3 Parking, Tandem shall mean the placement of parking <br />spaces, one behind the other, so that the space nearest the <br />driveway or street access serves as the only means of access to the <br />other space. <br />1.7.4 Permit shall mean a formal consent in writing issued by the <br />County for various activities. <br />1.7.5 Planned Development shall mean an area to be planned and <br />developed as a single entity, according to applicable standards and <br />regulations, and containing one or more struttures as a single <br />proje<_t. Planned developments may consist primarily of either <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 30 <br />
