commercial, industrial, or residential uses, or with incidental <br />accessory activities, or they might contain some combination of <br />those primary uses. <br />1.7.6 Porch shall mean a patio area entirely covered overhead, <br />attached to a principal structure, and open on at least two (2) sides. <br />1 .7.7 Principa/ or Primary or Main Bui/ding (see Use, Principal) <br />1.7.8 Property Line shall mean a line separating a lot or parcel or <br />land from another lot or parcel or from the designated road (roads <br />that pass through the middle of a lot, do not create another lot or <br />parcep. <br />1.7.9 Professional Office shall mean an office for professions such <br />as physicians, dentists, nurses, counselors, lawyers, architects, <br />engineers, artists, musicians, designers, teachers, accountants, and <br />others, who, through training, are qua{ified to perform services of a <br />professional nature, and where limited storage or sale of <br />merchandise exists. <br />1.7.10 Pub/ic Hearing shall mean a meeting called by a public <br />body, for which pubic notice has been given in compliance with the <br />provisions of this Zoning Regulation and which is held in a place <br />where the general public may attend, with the principal purpose of <br />receiving testimony or public comment on a specific application or <br />issue. <br />1.7.11 Pub/ic Meeting shall mean any meeting open to the <br />public that meets the requirements of C. R, S. §ll 24-6-401 , et seq. <br />1.7.12 Pub/ic Nuisance shall mean a nuisance which affects at <br />the same time an entire community or neighborhood or any <br />considerable number of persons although the extent of the <br />annoyance or damage inflicted upon individuals may be unequal. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 31 <br />
