1.7.13 Mobi/e Home shall mean a structure, transportable in <br />one or more sections, which, when erected on the site, measures <br />eight (8) body feet or more in width and thirty-two (32) body feet <br />or more in length, and which is built on a permanent chassis and <br />designed without a permanent foundation, when connected to the <br />required utilities, and shall include the plumbing, air-conditioning, <br />and electrical system contained therein. This definition does not <br />include manufactured home. <br />1.7.14 Mobi/e Home Lot shall mean a plot of ground within a <br />mobile home park legally established under this Zoning Regulation, <br />designed for accommodation of one mobile home to be installed <br />for the purpose of asingle-family dwelling in compliance with the <br />provisions of this Zoning Regulation. <br />1.7.1 5 Mobi/e Home Park shall mean any site or tract of land <br />under single ownership upon which two or more mobile homes, <br />occupied or intended to be occupied for single-family dwelling <br />purposes, are located in compliance with the provisions of this <br />Zoning Regulation. A mobile home park does not include the use <br />of land for the display and sale of mobile homes or for seasonal <br />recreational use. <br />1.7.16 Modu/ar Unit shall mean a factory-built unit <br />constructed in compliance with the standards of the regional, state, <br />or local building code used by the governmental unit where the <br />house is to be located. The unit is built under the UBC code.
