1.7.1 Manufactured Home shall mean a new structure, <br />transportable in one or more sections, which when erected on the <br />site, measures eight (8) body feet or more in width or forty (40) <br />body feet or more in length, or when erected on site, is three <br />hundred or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent <br />chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling, with a permanent <br />foundation, when connected to the required utilities, and shall <br />include the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems contained <br />therein. This structure has a permanent red Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD) label attached to the rear of the structure and <br />is certified pursuant to the "National Manufactured Standards Act of <br />1974," 42 U.S.C. 5401 et sew as amended.
