1.7.1 Landscaping shall mean the addition of trees, plants, or other <br />natural decorative features to land. <br />1.7.2 Land Use shall mean the way in which property is or will be <br />utilized or occupied. <br />1.7.3 Light Source shall mean a device which produces <br />illumination, including incandescent light bulbs, fluorescent and <br />neon tubes, halogen and other vapor lights, and reflecting surfaces <br />or refractors incorporated into a lighting fixture. Any translucent <br />enclosure of a light source or reflective surface is considered to be <br />part of the light source. <br />1.7.4 Livestock shall mean domestic animals that are used for food <br />for human or animal consumption, breeding, draft or profit as <br />defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. <br />1.7.5 Loading Space shall mean an area used exclusively for the <br />loading or unloading of goods from a vehicle in connection with <br />the use of the site on which such space is located. <br />1.7.6 Lot shall mean a designated parcel, tract, or area of land <br />established by plat, subdivision, or as otherwise permitted by law <br />to be used, developed, or built upon as a unit. <br />1.7.7 Legaf Lot shall mean a lot which met all State and County <br />requirements when it was created and which can lawfully be <br />conveyed as a discrete unit separate from any contiguous lot. <br />7.7.8 Lot Line shall mean any boundary of a lot. <br />1.7- "M'. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 25 <br />
