customers to receive services, obtain goods, or be entertained <br />while remaining in their motor vehicles. <br />1.7.12 Driveway shall mean an access way to any on-site <br />parking space adjacent to the principal use which access way is at <br />least twelve (12') feet wide and no greater than a 12% slope. <br />1 .7.13 Dwe//ing or Dwe//inq Unit shall mean any building, or <br />portion thereof, which contains living facilities, including provisions <br />for sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation for one family, but not <br />including hotels, motels, boarding houses, community care <br />facilities, day care facilities, hospitals or similar uses. <br />1.7.14 Dwe//ing, Mu/tip/e-Fami/y shall mean a building <br />occupied by two (2) or more families living independently of each <br />other, in discrete dwelling units, but not including hotels, camps, <br />clubs, boarding houses, community car facilities, day care facilities, <br />hospitals or similar uses. <br />1.7.15 Dwe//ing, Sinq/e-Fami/y shall mean a permanent <br />building which is occupied or which is arranged, designed, and <br />intended to be occupied, by one family and containing only one <br />kitchen plus living, sanitary and sleeping facilities. (A single-family <br />dwelling must be serviced by adequate water, ISDS and public <br />utility systems.) <br />1.7- "E.. <br />1.7.1 Easement shall mean a right of one or more persons to use <br />another's land for a limited purpose. <br />1.7.2 Easement, Conservation shall mean an agreement by a <br />landowner to limit development on property while retaining private <br />ownership of the land. The easement is signed by the landowner, <br />who is the easement donor, and the County, which is receives the <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 18 <br />
