easement, with the understanding that it must enforce the terms of <br />the easement in perpetuity. After the easement is signed and <br />recorded it applies to all future owners of the land. <br />1.7.3 Entertainment shall mean music, singing, or performances, <br />the purpose of which is to provide diversion for a person or <br />persons. <br />1.7.4 Exploration shall mean the search for minerals by geological, <br />geophysical, geochemical, or other techniques, including, but not <br />limited to, sampling, assaying, drilling, or any surface or <br />underground work used to determine the type, extent, or quantity <br />of minerals present (includes prospecting). <br />1.7.5 Excavation shall mean the relocation of more than 50 Cubic <br />Yards of earthen material, <br />1.7.6 Extraction shall mean the removal from the earth of oil, <br />water, gas, gravel, or geothermal resources by drilling, pumping, or <br />other means, whether for exploration or production purposes. <br />1.7- "F" <br />1.7.1 Family shall mean an individual or two or more persons <br />related by blood or marriage, or an unrelated group of not more <br />than eight persons living together in a single dwelling unit. (The <br />maximum size of an unrelated group shall be determined by <br />multiplying the number of bedrooms in the dwelling by two.) <br />1.7.2 Farm (see Ranch) <br />1.7.3 Fast Food Estab/ishment shall mean an eatery which does not <br />provide for complete sit-down table service. Such an <br />establishment is characterized by a server not coming to the patron <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 19 <br />
