<br />All overburden and topsoll stockpiles or fills will have the slopes graded to a <br />maximum slope of 3H:1 V sad seeded with the reclamation seed mix shown <br />in Bzhibit B to prevent wind and water erosion. <br />As a further explanation of the extraction procedures, Area 1 will be mined <br />by dozing the gravel deposits to the east starting at the west edge. Bxtraction <br />from Area 2 will start on the east and proceed west. Aa Area 1 will be used <br />for disposition of water from dewateeing operations in Aeea 2, a strip of land <br />will be left between the two areas; alternately, the area where this strip is to <br />be left may be mined and then replaced with overburden from Area 2. <br />Extroction operotions end reclamation of the site ore anticipated to b® <br />complete in eight years. It is anticipated that mining operotions will alert <br />Alovember, 1986. Extroction in Area i will be completed in approximately <br />three years end Area 21n three years. Reclamation of Areas 1 and 2 will <br />begin after extrectlon is complet®in these arses.
