<br />During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will he conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to mange storm runoff so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br />7. No existing water right will be affected. <br />K. No refuse, acid or toxic producing material are anticipate. <br />L. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel to 6e used to serve <br />the needs of the Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in road surfacing. <br />O. There are no incidental products to be mined or extracted. <br />
