EXHIBIT E <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />1. & 2. Description - Comparison <br />Forest, Wildlife Habitat, Mining, Recreation <br />All the land in the proposed quarry area is BLP1 <br />(multiple use lands) and has historically been natural forest, <br />wildlife habitat mining and recreation. Mining claims have been <br />worked since 1900 and the Transfer Trail Road as well as other <br />mining or exploration roads in the area have been used continuously <br />by hunters, fishermen, lumbermen and mining people for over 100 <br />years (See Exhibit Map C-1). <br />3. Rule 6.0 Reclamation Performance Standards <br />6.1 Grading <br />(a) Postmining backfilling of crusher, screen <br />and product stockpile areas (AOC) will insure adequate compaction <br />for stability. <br />(b) All grading will be done in a manner to <br />control erosion and siltation of affected lands and to protect <br />areas outside the affected land from slides or other damage. All <br />highwalls will be scaled and stabilized. <br />(c) All backfilling and grading will be completed <br />as soon as feasible after the mining process. <br />(d) All refuse shall be handled and disposed of <br />in a manner that will control unsightliness and protect the <br />drainage system from pollution. <br />(e) Any drill or auger holes that are part of <br />the mining operation will be plugged with noncombustible material, <br />which shall prevent harmful or polluting drainage. <br />
