• RESPONSE <br />The map distinguishing each phase of previous surface coal mining is included as Map I, Surface <br />Ownership. The planned underground mining sequence is presented on Map 23, Mine Plan. <br />Rule 2.10.3 - Specific Information Renuirements <br />~I] In addition [o anv other maps specifically required by Rule 2, the permit application shall include <br />maps showing: <br />(a) All boundaries of lands and names of present owners of record of those lands. both surface <br />and subsurface, included in or contiguous to the permit area; <br />(b) The boundaries of land within the proposed permit area upon which [he applicant has the <br />legal right to enter and begin surface or underground mining activities; <br />RESPONSE <br />See Map I, Surface Ownership and Map 2, Coal Ownership. <br />(c) The boundaries of all areas proposed to be affected over [he estimated total life of the <br />proposed surface or underground mining activities, with a description of size, sequence, and timing of the mining <br />and subareas for which it is anticipated additional permits will be sought; <br />• RESPONSE <br />See Map 23, Minc Plan. <br />(d) The location of all buildings on and within 1,000 feet of the proposed permit area, with <br />identification of the current use of the buildings; <br />(e) The location of surface and subsurface man-made features within, passing through, or <br />passing over the proposed permit area, including na but not limited to major electric transmission lines, pipelines, <br />and agricultural drainage the fields; <br />(1) Each public road located in, or within 100 feet of, the proposed permit area; <br />RESPONSE <br />See Map 24, Surface Facilities. <br />(g) The boundaries of anv National Natural Landmarks, Designated Natural Areas, public <br />park and locations of anv cultural or historical resource listed in [he National Register of Historic Places and <br />known archaeological sites within the permit area or adjacent areas. <br />(h) Each public or private cemetery or Indian burial around located in, or within 300 feet of, <br />• the proposed permit area: <br />MR 97-154 2.10-2 Revised 9/10/97 <br />
