The amount of money that could be brought in
during the construction of this project would be monumental
in addition to the benefit to trucking companies and other
vendors who supply the mine.
It is my understanding that CAM is has many different
buildings to be constructed including roads, a water
pipeline, coal stockpile and waste disposal areas, a coal
preparation plant, the mine portal, other administrative
and operations facilities, and a railroad spur line that
would connect to the existing Union Pacific Railroad line
near Mack, Colorado.
Each of these projects requires construction companies and
construction workers to complete the project. Each of the
construction projects will also require other specialist:
water haulers, cement specialist and heavy equipment
operators. The BLM also needs to include data about how
supplies like dust abetment companies who bring in supplies
from out of the area will help the regional economy as a
whole.
These benefits need to include the potential benefits to
our construction and construction related industries during
the construction phase of the mine project.
Sincerely,
~87fAN 7A(/Q7l7AfGAYI~
iADBaufn Mein
PO 8or~17
Aroord 1!T Bf6EG
~ssasaass
C1_~~~~
