Page 22 Construction Materials Rule 1 1.7 SUBMLSSION OF CO1bIIVlEIV'I'S 1.7.1 General Provisions tta (1) Any person has the right to submit written statements in support of and any aggrieved person may object to any application for a permit or for an amendment, modification or revision of a previously granted permit. (2) Upon receipt of such statement(s), the Office shall immediately provide a copy of the statement{s) to the Operator. (3) The Office shall take such statement(s) and any response from the Operator into account in the review of the permit, amendment, modification or revision, but shall approve or deny the application within the apprvptiate specified time after the application has been filed. Notice of such decision shall be given to the Operator and to any person filing a statement in accordance with this Suction 1.7. 1.7.2 Specific Provisions -Limited Impact 110 Operations and 1100 County Composite Operations (1) Comments shall be submitted in accordance with Paragraph 1.7.1. (2) To be considered, such statements must be received by the Office within ten (10) days after the last date of the Applicant's newspaper publication. (3) Upon consideration, the Office shall appmve or deny the application within the thirty (30) woriong days after the application has been filed. 1.73 Specific Provisions - Special 111 Operations (1) Comments, to be considered, must be received by the Office within five (5) worlring days after the application has been filed. (2) Upou consideration, the Office shall approve or deny the application within the fifteen (15) calendar days after the application has been filed. (3) Objections to final decisions by the Office shall be handled according to the procedures outlined for Limited Impact 110 Permits, ~ffi~Y Paragraph 1.4.2(4). 1.7.4 Specific Provisions -Regular 112 Operations (1) Comments shall be submitted in accordance with Subsections 1.7.1 and 1.7.4.
