The current lease hold=_ the landowner <br />harmless from damage caused by the operator. <br />h. All areas are included in the reclamation plan and the plan <br />map. <br />i. The operatcr concurs in reclamation of any area disturbed <br />by the mining operation. <br />j. The operator will coordinate with the landowner prior to <br />the siting and construction of new roads. Foods <br />constructed far the mining operation will be reclaimed in <br />the same manner as other areas of disturbance. <br />1.
