The determination of the reclamation costs for the Schwartzwalder Mine l`~
is based on the following assumptions.
1) Costs have been determined assuming the work will be done: by an
outside contractor.
2) Facilities licensed separately (Ore Sorter, Water Treatment Plant
and Transfer Pad) have individual bonds and have riot been addxeased
3) All costa have been baaod on Fobruary 1993 conditions.
4) Salvayo returns have not been d~ductrd from reclamation c~»ee.
