The employee parking area, equipment storage area and 'site access
• road are presently flat surface areas at the lower elevations near Ralston
Creek. Once covered with approximately four to six inches of topsoil,
these areas will undergo seedbed preparation and will be revegetated
using the plant species listed in this exhibit.
The helicopter landing pad will be removed, the surfacE~ area re-
graded to approximately a flat grade and the area will be covered with
topsoil, seeded and fertilized with the mixture specified at~ove.
The office building will be dismantled and the site will be re-
graded to its original contour of approximately 2.5:1. The area will
be covered with topsoil seeded and fertilized with mixture specified
above.
The waste dump will undergo a series of reclamation procedures.
H diversion channel will be constructed immediately upslope from the
• waste dump to divert uncontaminated runoff to an existing drainage outlet.
The waste dump will be covered with six inches of compacted clay and
four to six inches of topsoil, seeded and fertilized.
The water treatment plant will be dismantled, and the settled
solids will be removed form the settling ponds and transported to the
Cotter mill. The concrete settling ponds will be dismantled and the re-
maining void will be backfilled. The soil embankments of the earthen
settling ponds will be regraded so that they backfill the ponds. The
entire area will be regraded to a flat contour, covered with topsoil,
seeded and fertilized.
R71W, T25, NE1/4 SEl/4 - The site access road link will be graded
to insure that it maintains a relatively flat contour.
