<br /> <br />The employee parking area, equipment storage area and 'site access <br />• road are presently flat surface areas at the lower elevations near Ralston <br /> Creek. Once covered with approximately four to six inches of topsoil, <br />these areas will undergo seedbed preparation and will be revegetated <br />using the plant species listed in this exhibit. <br />The helicopter landing pad will be removed, the surfacE~ area re- <br />graded to approximately a flat grade and the area will be covered with <br />topsoil, seeded and fertilized with the mixture specified at~ove. <br />The office building will be dismantled and the site will be re- <br />graded to its original contour of approximately 2.5:1. The area will <br />be covered with topsoil seeded and fertilized with mixture specified <br />above. <br />The waste dump will undergo a series of reclamation procedures. <br />H diversion channel will be constructed immediately upslope from the <br />• waste dump to divert uncontaminated runoff to an existing drainage outlet. <br />The waste dump will be covered with six inches of compacted clay and <br />four to six inches of topsoil, seeded and fertilized. <br />The water treatment plant will be dismantled, and the settled <br />solids will be removed form the settling ponds and transported to the <br />Cotter mill. The concrete settling ponds will be dismantled and the re- <br />maining void will be backfilled. The soil embankments of the earthen <br />settling ponds will be regraded so that they backfill the ponds. The <br />entire area will be regraded to a flat contour, covered with topsoil, <br />seeded and fertilized. <br />R71W, T25, NE1/4 SEl/4 - The site access road link will be graded <br />to insure that it maintains a relatively flat contour. The area will <br />then be covered with topsoil, seeded and fertilized. <br />E-13 <br />
