Revegetation <br />• In order to insure a long-lasting and self-regenerating vegeta- <br />tive cover, Cotter Corporation will use native grasses or introduced <br />species observed at the mine site. Three of the species listed are native grasses. <br />4. Blue grama, side-oats grama and timothy grass are known to be <br />good forage plants for orazing. <br />The use of a range drill will be needed for seeding all areas where <br />slopes permit tractor implement travel on the contour. Most tractor <br />• operators-are reluctant to operate on slopes steeper than ab~~ut 4:1, <br />E-9 <br />
