Upon the determination <br />by such official that n permit requested wader such procedure <br />should be denied, the request shall not be denied by such official <br />but shall be referred to Lhe County Commissioners for consideration. <br />2) Procedure for Conditional or Special Use Permits <br />a) Application for a conditional or a special use permit shall be <br />submitted in writing to the County Commissioners, slcng with such <br />evidence as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with the <br />conditions and requirements set forth for the particular use <br />according to this Resolution. <br />b) The County Commissioners shall study and review the application and <br />accompanying evidence before taking action an the application. In <br />addition, before ruling en the application, they shall: <br />(i) Submit a copy of the application and accompanying data <br />to the ?leaning Commission for study and review. <br />(ii) If deemed necessary for the public interest by the Poard <br />of County Commissioners upon review of the application, <br />hold a public hearing on the application es indicated in <br />Section 9.3 below. <br />c) The County Commissioners' study oP the application shall include <br />consideration of aL' the following: <br />(i) Information submitted by or for tae applicant; <br />(ii) Information submitted for the ?ublic Fearing; <br />(iii) Comments by the Planning Commission, and any additional <br />qualified opinions. <br />• <br />
