In addition, <br />+-ritten notice shall be mailed at least seven (7) days prior tc <br />the hearing date, to the applicant and. to o+rners o* properties <br />adjacent to the property in question. Failure to mail such a <br />notice due to clerical omissions shall not affect the validity <br />of any hearing or determination of the County Commissioners. <br />L) 3eg~~lation of Corc'itional Uses - AL conditional uses allowed by <br />permit only shall conforn to the regulations as set forth for the <br />district in irhich they have been permitted.
