SECTIOfl B. MODULAR HOMES. A modular home shail,ceQuire a building permit
• as net forth in ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 2 of this Resolution. The fee for a
building permit shall be based oa the actual coat of the modular home plus
say additions or other construction.
SECTZOfl 9. COflDITIORAL AND SPECIAL USES ALLOiJED BY PERMIT OftLY
1) Conditisaal sad special uses as desigaated under the Zoning Districts
nay be allowed only follaving review sad recommendation by the
Planning Commission and written permission of the County Commissioners
as follows:
a) Conditions.]. Uses shall be permitted by the County Commissioners,
provided that such use complies •rith and meets all the conditions
sad safeguards indicated for that particular use under this
Resolution, sad upon satisfactor,~ demonstration that all such
• conditions as may be imposed by the County Commissioners in
order to comply with the purposes and intent of the Aesolution.
b) Sneeial Uses may be granted or denied at the discretion of the
County Commissioners, whose determination shall be based upon the
proposed activity's consistency with the purposes, standards and
requirements under this Resolution sad, where applicable,
standards sad guidelines established to govern the particular
Special Use. In granting permission for a Special Use, the
County Commissioners may impose conditions if such eoaditions
are necessary is order to insure compliance with the purposes,
standards, recuirements, sad intent of this Resolution. The
County Commissioners may authorize one or more designated County
officials to net on behalf of the County Commissicners in granting
• particular special uses upon compliance with terms and reauirement~
