<br />D-3 - This part of the Cooley Reservoir portion of the permit area is 99+ acres in size and <br />is owned by CAMAS. Most ofthis parcel was included within Permit #73-2, but was <br />never mined or disturbed. It is located east of McKay Road and properties owned by <br />Duella Ford and Donald DeWitt and 1.8+ acres of property also owned by CAMAS, <br />north of the PSCo. right-of--way, west of the S. Platte River and property owned by <br />Adams County and Parcels A and B, and south of 104' Avenue and property owned <br />by Duella Ford. The parcel has non-irrigated grass ground cover utilized as grazing <br />land and tree stands in the center south portions of the parcel., <br />,~s3getiernftaikwatec diit~.flowing~Certgh the ee~#ar. l+~s~>~I~~d>~ <br />:fir ~ About two-thirds of the parcel is within the <br />floodplain and floodway area of the S. Platte River. <br />There are no structures on the parcel, except periphery fencing around portions of <br />the parcel, and the gasoline pipeline owned by the Sinclair Pipeline that continues <br />along the eastern portion of this parcel from on Parcel D-2 then north to 104'" <br />Avenue. Structures within 200' are: periphery fencing, 104'" Avenue (SH 44), and <br />United Power power poles in the right-of--way. <br />6 <br />
