s • <br />D-1 - This part of the Cooley Reservoir portion of the permit area is 16+ acres in size and <br />is owned by Sprat Platte Ranch Company. This parcel was included within Permit <br />#73-2, but was never mined or disturbed. CAMAS will either purchase the property, <br />or continue a lease royalty arrangement as occurred when CAMAS mined property <br />owned by the same owner to the south. It is located east of McKay Road, south and <br />west of Pazcel D-2, and north of the S. Platte River and property owned by the South <br />Adams Water and Sanitation District. Except for some periphery areas that are <br />vegetated with non-irrigated grasses, the property has been used for irrigated farming. <br />:~®`ce, i~,~t~a~fe~dersit~ig2~io6.(taslavuat9r~~><r!-. al~eg,~ha nz3cth.~y~a~y:ef:tty[~. <br />All of the parcel is within both the floodplain and floodway area of the S. <br />Platte River. <br />There are no structures on the parcel, except periphery fencing around portions of <br />the parcel. Structures within 200' are: 100'" Avenue and McKay Road with PSCo. <br />power poles, and some buildings on property across McKay Road to the west on <br />property owned by Johnny, Anthony, and Florentino Gamueda. <br />D-2 - This part ofthe Cooley Reservoir portion of the permit area is 145+ acres in size and <br />is owned by CAMAS. Most of this parcel was included within Permit #73-2, but was <br />never mined or disturbed. It is located east of McKay Road and Parcel D-1, south of <br />the PSCo. right-of--way, and north and west of the S. Platte River and property owned <br />by the South Adams Water and Sanitation District, the Fulton Ditch Company, and <br />Parcel B. Platte River. <br />There are no structures on the pazcel, except periphery fencing around portions of <br />the parcel, some corrals and sheds in the southeast portion, an old homesite in the <br />north portion abutting the PSCo. right-of--way, and the gasoline pipeline owned by the <br />Sinclair Pipeline that continues along the eastern portion of this parcel from on Parcel <br />A under the S. Platte River then north to parcel D-3. Structures within 200' are: 100'" <br />Avenue and McKay Road with PSCo. power poles, five PSCo. tower structures, the <br />Fulton Ditch headgate and miscellaneous structures owned by the Fulton Ditch <br />Company on property across the S. Platte River, and the continuation of the Sinclair <br />pipeline and the one non-pressurized water discharge pipeline that traverses Parcel A <br />from the Fulton Ditch to the S. Platte River. A second parallel non-pressurized <br />pipeline is also expected to be installed in this area in the near future. <br />5 <br />
