After the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance with only the <br />yearly limitation shall be required. Compliance with the yearly emission limits shall be tleterrnined on <br />a rolling twelve (12) month total. <br />The permit holder shall calculate emissions monthly and Keep a compliance record on site in order to <br />demonstrate compliance with the above emission limitations. After the first twelve (12) months of <br />operation, the permit holder shall calculate annual emissions by the end of each month. Annual <br />emissions shall be calculated based on the previous twelve (12) months• emission data. These <br />Calculated annual emissions shall be used to demonstrate compliance with the yearty emission limit , <br />listed above. <br />6. This soured shall be limited to a maximum production rate as listed below and all other activities, <br />operaBonal rates and numbers of equipment as stated in the application. Monthly records of the actual <br />production role shall be maintained by the applicant and made available fo the Division for inspection <br />upon request. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B,III.A.4) <br />Screening of coal shall not exceed 8,000 tons per day or 100,000 tons per month or 1,200,000 tons <br />per year. <br />During the first twelve (72) months of opera0on, compliance with both the monthly and yearly <br />production limttations Stkill be required.
