5. Emissions of air pollutants shall not exceed the following limitations (as calculated in the Division's
preliminary analysis). Compliance with the annual limits shall be determined on a rollrng (12) month

During the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance with both the monthly and yearly emission
limitations Shall be requited. After the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance with only the
yearly limitation shall be required. Compliance with the yearly emission limits shall be tleterrnined on
a rolling twelve (12) month total.
The permit holder shall calculate emissions monthly and Keep a compliance record on site in order to
demonstrate compliance with the above emission limitations. After the first twelve (12) months of
operation, the permit holder shall calculate annual emissions by the end of each month. Annual
emissions shall be calculated based on the previous twelve (12) months• emission data. These
Calculated annual emissions shall be used to demonstrate compliance with the yearty emission limit ,
listed above.
6. This soured shall be limited to a maximum production rate as listed below and all other activities,
operaBonal rates and numbers of equipment as stated in the application. Monthly records of the actual
production role shall be maintained by the applicant and made available fo the Division for inspection
upon request. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B,III.A.4)
Screening of coal shall not exceed 8,000 tons per day or 100,000 tons per month or 1,200,000 tons
per year.
