(25-T-101 at to , TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED IN THIS <br />DOCUMENT ANb THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent (20°,6) opacity during normal operaton of the source. <br />During periods of startup, process modification, or adyustment of control equipment visible emissions <br />shall not exceed 30°k opacity for more than six minutes in any sixty consecutive minutes. Opacity shall <br />be measuretl by EPA Method 9. (Reference: Regulation 1, Section II.A.1.& 4.) <br />2. The permit number shall be marked on the subject equipment for ease of identification. (Reference: <br />Reg. 3, PaR B, IV. E.) (State only enforceable) <br />3. Construction of this source must commence within 18 months of inftial approval permit issuance date <br />or within 1 B months of date an which such construction or activity was scheduled to commence as <br />staled in the appplication. If commencement does not ocwr within the stated time the permit will expire <br />on AIIGIISi 18. 2001 <br />. asil7n <br />(See General Condition No. 8., Item 1 on the reverse <br />Regulation 3,Part B, IV.G.4.) <br />of the first page of this permit.)
