Issuance (InlUal approval) of an emission permit does not provide 'Flnal' authority for this activity or operation of this <br />source. Foal epprnval of the permit must be secured from the APCD in writing rn accordance with the provisions <br />of 25-7-1~4.5(12)(e) C.R.S. and AQCC Regulallon No. 3, Part B, Section IV.H. Final approval cannot be granted <br />unfit the operation or eetiviry commences and has bean verified by the APCD as wrdomning in all respells with the <br />wntlltions oT the permit. Upon notifiptlon, <br />annual fee bltllrg will terminate. <br />9.
