A series of test plots for various grasses, shrubs and <br />~~. <br />trees have been included on the north tailings pond of past operations <br />and will reclaim an area of previous disturbance. <br />This area has been included an an area of minor disturbance and is 0~,4~,'ti`--~ <br />~~ <br />9.4 acres in size. As soon as we are in- <br />formed of the effluent limitations by his department, we will forward <br />them on to you. <br />The PH of the discharge is not expected to vary from <br />the long history of alkalinity of the water in this district and <br />particularly this operation. <br />Additionally, you will find attached to this section <br />the rationale for the changing of the classification of Four Mile <br />Creek to a."Warm Water Class I" stream, Should the PH ever drop, <br />the water quality would have little or no effect. <br />3. The source of water for all mining and milling op- <br />i~~ <br />erations is the City of Victor Municipal Water Supply.
