See Exhibit G for snore <br />details on water. <br />Area outside of the affected land will not be affected <br />in any foreseeable way by slides, runoff or other functions <br />of the mining or reclamation operation. <br />All land area of the affected land will be stabili:;ed <br />through revegetation and grading so as to control erosi~~n <br />and attendant air and water pollution. <br />The landowner-operator has elected to reclaim by c:ceating <br />four small lakes and revegetating with cover that is capable <br />of self regeneration and at least equal to extent of co~~er <br />in the area prior to the mining activity. The reclamati~~n map, <br />Exhibit F, indicates the component parts of this plan. <br />{tiildlife habitat in the area should be enhanced by the <br />reclamation plan. See Exhibit H for more details. <br />Revegetation Program. The revegetation program ha:~ been <br />adapted from recommendations of the Soil Consercration Service <br />with only minor variations (see Exhibit I/J). <br />Fertilizer. All areas to be seeded will receive an <br />application of twenty tons per acre of feedlot or barn;~ard <br />manure which has sixty percent or more by weight of heaay <br />chunks five inches or more in diameter. <br />Mulch. A mulch of 4,000 lbs. per acre of air-dry :straw <br />will be applied after grass seeding is completed. The mulch <br />14 <br />
