This water will be used by way of jack tanks
for drilling and wetting dorm the muckpiles. Any excess
water will be stored underground in abandoned slopes down
dip from any active operations.
The main ventilation will dormcast t}trough the Duggan
Adit, with the main fan located in the main drift of the
Piineral Joe No. 4 workings. Airtight bulkheads will be ins
stalled at strategic locations so as to prevent any contamin-
ated air-from entering the fresh air stream from abandoned
workings.
During t}ie driving of the development drift fresh air
will be delivered to the face via 24 inch diameter ventilation
tubing. During the production phase, a ventilation cross-cut
mill be driven from the trackless ]iaulag "gay to the old work-
ings on the Piineral Joe No. 4 and/or No. 5 claim. This cross-
cut will also serve as the secondary escaper~ay. Fresh air
will be delivered down the Iluggan Adit, through the trackless
haulageway to the work faces, then will exhaust out the cross-
cut, the old workings and out the i•Iineral Joe No. 4 incline.
Auxillary ventilation systems will be set up in the stopes
as required.
Levels of radon gas concentrations will be monitored
and records kept in accordance to I~SA regulations.
