(Golder) is pleased to submit this weekly summary of Phase IVa Construction <br />Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of May 6's <br />through May 12a', 2001. <br />The weather during this reporting period was cleaz to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures <br />ranged from 29° F to 42° F, with highs ranging from 53° F to 76°. No precipitation was recorded <br />during this reporting period. Weather observations were made on the six days worked of this seven-day <br />reporting period. <br />Construction Synopsis <br />Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthwork contractor for the Phase IVa <br />construction. Ames conducted Phase IVa construction activities on three days (May 7, May 11, and <br />May 12) of this seven-day reporting period. <br />Ames continued Phase IVa construction activities by conducting clearing and grubbing within the Phase <br />IVa area. Ames continued to haul topsoil from the Phase IVa azea and hauled it to a designated <br />stockpile location neaz the proposed Highway 67. General locations of construction activities are <br />shown on the sketch presented in Attachment A. <br />Ames resumed Slope Recontouring in Upper Arequa gulch by pacing Structural Fill (SF) from a local <br />cut.
