Phase IVa Weekly Summary No. 14 Page 2 <br />003-2203 <br />Field Monitoring and Testing Activities <br />I• <br />L_~ <br />Golder observed clearing of the Phase IVa azea and noted that the activities conducted were within <br />the disturbance limits. <br />Golder observed SF placement compliance with the method specification required for placement of <br />non-testable SF. Material placed met specifications. <br />Laboratorv Test Results <br />Golder sampled SF being placed in Upper Arequa Gulch Sfa-Ol. Test results show that the material <br />placed met project specifications and is non-testable according to ASTM D-1557. Test results aze <br />presented in Attachment B. <br />Meetings <br /> <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractor meeting on May 8a'. Items discussed include Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
