(Golder) is pleased to submit this weekly summary of Phase Na Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of April 29a' through May Sa', 2001. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 24° F to 42° F, with highs ranging from 38° F to 73° F. Snow was recorded on May 2"a through Sa'. Weather observations were made on the six days worked of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Synopsis Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthwork contractor for the Phase Na construction. Ames conducted Phase Na construction activities on four days (April 30 and May 1 through May 4) of this seven-day reporting period. Ames continued Phase Na construction activities by conducting clearing and grubbing in two locations within the Phase Na area, Ames continued to remove slash from the phase Na area and hauled it to a designated stockpile in Upper Arequa Gulch and hauled topsoil to designated stockpile locations neaz the proposed Highway 67 and the proposed substation. General locations of construction activities are shown on the sketch presented in Attachment A.
