Introduction <br />The water quality assessment (WQA) of the unnamed tributaries to Red Wash and Scullion Gulch <br />neaz the Blue Mountain Energy, Inc. Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) was developed for the <br />Colorado Department ofPublic Health and Environment (CDPHE) Water Quality Control Division <br />(WQCD).
