• 4.17 AIR RESOURCES PROTECTION <br />Sunbelt will employ fugitive dust control measures in all phases of the <br />mining and reclamation activities. The control measures which will be <br />used are set forth in detail in Section 2.05.6. <br />The present operations of Sunbelt are presently covered under a <br />"grandfather" clause by the Colorado Department of Health, Air Pollution <br />Control Division. Recently, however, Sunbelt requested from the Air <br />Pollution Control Division a status on current permitting needs.
