Writer-storage Rights: on approval, this will allow <br />PCC to store the water supply needed for use in dust <br />suppression and as compaction make-up eater in the <br />~~ ~ conservation pool in each of the six ponds. <br />3. Plan for Auvme.?tation: on approval, this will <br />authorize PCC to use water from the twenty-seven (27) <br />shares of the Colorado Co-operative Company and to <br />build and operate the facilities to prevent impact to <br />.. water rights. .All of~PCC's water rights for use in <br />the augmentation plan are derived from ownership of <br />the 27 shares plus a small quantity of water derived <br />from the pond decrees. <br />4.2 WATER RIGETS TO BE USED FOR~AUGMEHI'ATZON <br />• <br />The water rights that PCC plans to use for augmentation <br />are represented by ..PLC's 27 shares of tha 3250 shares of the <br />Colorado Co-operative Company. An analysis of the monthly <br />Highline Canal water diversion records (Table 3A) for the <br />period 1970^1986 (obtained from the Colorado state Engineer's <br />Office) show an average total annual diversion of 32,901.0 <br />acre-feet.
