The data in this Exhibit was obtained from the <br />National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Soil Conservation Service <br />(NCRS). <br />The lowest recorded temperature is -30 degrees fahrenheit, the highest 105 depress fahrenheit, and <br />the mean annual temperature is 50.2 degrees fahrenheit. Mean annual humidity is 52%, with mean <br />annual evaporation of 55 inches, and mean annual precipitation of 16 inches. The maximum yearly <br />precipitation was 23 inches, and the maximum 24 hour precipitation was 6.5 inches recorded in May, <br />1876.
