MASSEY: r11' name is Dean Massey. I'm an attorney for Battle Mountain <br />Gold. I appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide rebuttal to some of <br />the points made this morning. I'm going to try to focus my response first on <br />issues raised in a presentation that went just before the break. Second, <br />there are some other issues that are out there, depending on time, that were <br />either raised at the previous meeting that we didn't get a chance to rebut or <br />were raised in the context of this morning's presentation by the Staff. But, <br />I'm going to leave - hold those issues until second in the interest of <br />addressing the issues that were just brought to date -- to the table. <br />Thirdly, I would like answer the Board's question, we have -•- we received <br />a letter from Luke Danielson outlining a series of questions.
