• 1.1.3 County Road 92 <br />County Road 92 is a gravel graded road which leads southwest <br />past the Dorchester portal area. The road extends 2,000 feet <br />across the permit area from a point 300 feet north of the south <br />quarter corner of Section 19. The entire length of the road, <br />which could be influenced by subsidence, is underlain by the main <br />entries. The location of this road relative to the mine plan is <br />shown on maps contained in Appendix A. <br />1.1.4 County Road 115 <br />County Road 115 is a graded gravel road which crosses the <br />permit area at three places. This road provides access to an <br />unimproved picnic and recreation area, the water diversion to <br />• City of Florence, the ranch house in Section 25, and abandoned <br />coal mines north of the road in Sections 19 and 24. The road is <br />shown in plan on the maps contained in Appendix A. <br />The northern section of Road 115 enters the permit area 650 <br />feet west of the center of Section 19 and runs southwesterly <br />2,850 feet to about 850 feet north of the southwest corner of the <br />section. <br />The second traverse of County Road 115 across the permit <br />area is a short section, 130 feet long, in the northeast half of <br />Section 25. Due to its. southwesterly direction, this short <br />section of 115 is entirely outside current mine limits. <br />The third portion of County Road 115 enters the permit area <br />at a point approximately 3200 feet west of the east section line <br />. of Section 25. It runs about 2,000 feet south, 1800 feet west, <br />where it exits the permit area. The location of each section of <br />5 <br />
