4 <br />will provide the FS with a list of authorized representatives prior to surface disturbance on NFS lands. Licensee will <br />have an authorized representative available to be on site within 2 hours of a FS request. A copy of the appropriate <br />permits/licenses must be available for review at the Elk Creek Mine office and presented upon request to any FS <br />official. <br />(7) Licensee will be responsible for controlling noxious weed infestations on all NFS project disturbance <br />azeas from the date of discovery up to the point of release of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />(CDMG) reclamation bond and associated reclamation liability. Any herbicides used must be FS approved and will <br />be applied at the recommended rates. <br />(8) Reseeding will be completed using a certified weed free source of seed. Licensee will be responsible for <br />controlling noxious weeds until final reclamation is accepted by the FS. Any hay or straw used shall be certified as <br />weed free.
