drains onto the City property to the east and to the south. Apart of
the upper section was diverted to the westerly section by contoured
dikes which were described in the westerly section.
Future Condition (Westerly Section)
According to the layout of Broderick b Gibbons sheets 1 and 2,

Exhibit "F", the mining area west of the 115 KVA R/W and east of the
230 KVA R/W will be mined approximately 20 to 40 ft. below the existing
terrain and will drain to the south. The drainage pattern appears to
be centered on the arroyo that now contains a reservoir approximately
300 ft. north of the south property line and approximately 1500 ft.
east of the west property line. This drainage will enter our property
approximately 1700 ft. east of their southwest property corner or
approximately 350 east of our northwest property corners (the two corners
mentioned above are not the same corners). There will be another point
of surface discharge from Broderick & Gibbons to our property that will
be approximately 2500 ft. east of the southwest corner of the Broderick 6
Gibbons property corner. This area is known as our drainage area N3.
There will be two other exit points of surface drainage west of the center
point. The westerly drainage will be along the west property line and
also some approximately 200 ft. east of the Broderick b Gibbons southwest
property corner. Both of the drainage west of the center wilt be onto the
Christian Brothers Ranch which eventually drains onto the City property.
Future Conditions (Center South Secti
This area will be mined approximately 50 ft. deep at the northern end.
-2-
