J~q/b~
Existing Condition (Westerly Section)
Approximately 3100 feet north of the south property line there is a
dammed reservoir ("S") which appears [o overflow to the west guided by
contoured dikes. The water shed emptying into the above reservoir comes
from the north and is diverted into the reservoir by contoured dikes
running east to north east up stream from said reservoir.
In addition, there is another reservoir ("N") approximately 5600

feet north of the south property line whose overflow is direct to the
west and guided by contoured dikes to empty into reservoir "S". Reservior
"N" appears to have a drain area starting approximately 6600 feet north of
the south property line. The start or upper end of this drainage is defined
by a contoured dike which probably diverts the drain area above it toward
the east.
The above series of diversion dikes and the two reservoirs either hold
the surface drainage water on the property, or by overflow, diverts the
water to the west, in entering a different drainage area than normal which
now crosses the south property line approximately 250 feet east of the
south west corner of the property.
Existing Condition (Center South Section)
This area is mostly in art arroya now and drains to the south into our
drainage area N4.
Existing Condition (Easterly Section)
This area originally drained into our drainage area /!4 and the remainder
drained easterly onto Fountain Colony and also City property.
