<br />M-97-071 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />(b) The name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, <br />and power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two <br />hundred feet of all boundaries of such area; <br />The owner of the power line located in the southwest portion of the permit area should be <br />included on the mine plan map. Also, there is a buried communication line running <br />pazallel to Red Creek Road along with accompanying phone junction boxes which was <br />not included on the pre-mining and mining plan maps. Also, the name of the <br />creek/canyon that runs to the northeast should be added to the map, <br />(c) The existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray <br />the direction and rate of the slope of the affected land; <br />Adequate as submitted. <br />(d) The total area to be involved in the operation including the area to be mined and the <br />area of affected lands; <br />Adequate as submitted. <br />(e) The type of present vegetation covering the affected lands; <br />None of the maps submitted with the application portray the vegetation presently <br />covering the affected lands. This should probably be submitted as a sepazate map <br />showing the vegetative communities that are present and their general aerial extent. You <br />may also want to include the soils information as required by section (h) on this map as <br />well. <br />(f) In conjunction with Exhibit G- Water Information, Subsection 6.4.7, if required by <br />the Office, further water resources information will be presented on a map in this <br />section. <br />(g) Show the owner's name, types of structures, and location of all permanent or man- <br />madestructures contained on the area of affected land and within two hundred <br />(200) feet of the affected land. <br />The livestock fence, communication lines, and power line should be labeled accordingly. <br />(h) In conjunction with Exhibit I-Soils Information, Subsection 6.4.9, soils information <br />may be presented on a map in this section; <br />
