The application was received on October 3. 1997 and called <br />complete on October 6, 1997. The decision date for your application is January 5, 1998. <br />The review consisted of comparing the submitted information with the specific requirements of <br />Rule 6.4 and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Boazd for the Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies are identified <br />under the respective exhibit heading along with any corrective actions which are necessary to <br />address these inadequacies. <br />6.4.1 EXHIBIT A- I:egal Description <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B- Index Man <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C-Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />The pre-mining and mining plan maps that were submitted with the application are required to <br />legibly portray the following information. <br />(a) All immediatel}' adjacent surface owners of record; <br />Adequate as submitted. <br />
