• Coal Rules and Regulations, Chapter 12 applies exclusively to coal permittees. <br />Section 2.(a) defines the Area and Incremental Bonds. Section 2.(b) elaborates <br />further bond data requirements. Section 2.(d) explains the liability areas and periods <br />for the Area and Incremental Bonds. Section 2.(e) distinguishes among and <br />establishes procedures for bond adjustments versus bond reductions versus partial <br />bond releases.
